He is a strategy focused business and program management implementation with over 25 years of experience in the following industries: Banking/Finance, Transportation, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Software Development and Support, Utilities, and Government. Jeff’s value resides in his ability to draw insights from his experience in multiple industries to provide practical solutions.
He has led numerous SMG client engagements. A selected few of his clients include:
– Austin Capital Metro Transportation: Facilitated development and cascading of a Balanced Scorecard Strategy Management plan the development of an “Office of Strategic Management” to provide a framework for a Project Management Office (PMO) to facilitate the implementation and execution of the plan
– Newark New Jersey City Hall: Collaborated with the mayor and staff to develop and implement a balanced scorecard performance management system
– Greenville Utilities, Greenville NC: Facilitated development of a Balanced Scorecard Strategic Management Plan with the senior management team for association services supporting a 600-member public gas utility commission
– US Department of Commerce Foreign Commercial Service: Developed an enterprise-wide corporate scorecard strategic management system through collaboration with 80 plus embassies worldwide to improve alignment of the organization to vision, remove organization “stovepipes”, improve communications, and provide a stronger defense for budgeted programs and projects
Jeff is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Quality Systems Provisional Auditor (QS-PA) from the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB). He was awarded the Examiner for Excellence in Service Quality Awards, which is based on the Malcolm Baldrige Award, in 1998 and was a Speaker for the 5th International Conference on ISO 9000.
Jeff has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado with concentration in Production and Operations Management, and Marketing.
