As the Administrative Coordinator at the Balanced Scorecard Institute (BSI), Dee plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for course participants from registration through completion. She provides critical support to instructors, enabling them to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences while overseeing the operational aspects of course administration. Additionally, Dee contributes to the efficiency of BSI’s internal processes by providing administrative support across the organization.
With a strong foundation in technology, Dee began her career in IT after completing her education in Central Florida. Over four decades in Florida, she built a diverse background spanning data center operations, programming, technical support, installation, training, technical writing, business analysis, and testing—each role contributing to the successful development and implementation of specialized software applications.
In 2015, Dee relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, to be closer to family in Greensboro and Charlotte. Embracing a new professional challenge, she transitioned from IT to business administration, operations, and logistics in 2023, applying her technical expertise and analytical skills to organizational efficiency.
Outside of work, Dee enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and performing with Music Made in Heaven, a handbell ensemble based in Raleigh, NC.
