Dr. Gebriel is a Strategy Management Group Senior Associate and Consulting Entrepreneur and Subject Matter Expert with 25 years of international experience in Strategy, Transformation, Performance Measurement / Management, Balanced Scorecards & Project Portfolio Management.
During his career, Dr. Gabriel’s roles included being Founder / Country Director of US Palladium Group’s KSA Branch & Senior Associate of the Balanced Scorecard Institute, a Strategy Management Group company. During the period of 2016 – 2019 he was a Senior Strategy Advisor to the Saudi National Transformation Program (NTP) & Vision 2030. He was also responsible for designing and establishing the KSA Performance Measurement Center for Government Agencies.
For 25 years, he has developed business & led teams in 4 different continents in a variety of Government, Public, Healthcare, Construction & Real Estate, Oil & Gas, ICT, Education & Commercial engagements. Most of his expertise has been within the KSA, having delivered engagements there since 2008.
