ASP’s 2017 – 2022 Strategy and Strategic Plan

There are two videos that describe how the 2017 ASP strategy and strategic plan were developed, and how ASP programs and initiatives can be aligned to the strategy to create a more strategy focused association.

This first video describes the steps the Board used to create the ASP strategy and strategic plan. The plan is summarized in a one-page summary graphic.

This second video describes an alignment approach to ensure ASP funded activities align with the new strategy and  introduces an operating plan template for program and initiative managers to organize budget and other planning information consistent with the 2017 ASP strategy.
