Susan Sweetman is a Senior Associate of Strategy Management Group as well as a successful CEO that has focused her leadership on strategic planning, quality improvement and leading very large not-for-profit leaders in creating excellent services for clients. She is a thoughtful, experienced leader, facilitator, and trainer. Throughout her 35-year career, she has been recognized as an innovative, strategic, and analytical leader.
She has helped government sectors build trusted and positive relationships with their clients; analyzing data critical to their organizational strategy and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Law. She is a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional and has professional experience in successfully implementing the Balanced Scorecard methodology in multiple organizations she has led.
Susan’s home base is in Ontario, Canada but has lived in several other provinces across Canada due to her husband’s military service. She now spends a significant amount of time enjoying being a co-pilot to her husband, flying at their home base in Spruce Creek, Florida.
